Travellers entering England from a non red list country, that are not fully vaccinated, are required to take a mandatory day 2 & day 8 test on their return. Our home test kits offer a reliable, accurate service whilst allowing you to collect your test kit from our Stockport office.

Tests are conducted via a PCR nasal/ throat swab, with results available within 72 hours of the laboratory receiving your sample. Results are distributed directly via the laboratory by e-mail.

Return Postage (For Testing)
All orders come complete with a pre-paid returns envelope, instructions on how to send your test to the laboratory for testing will be included with your kit.
 
Test Results
Tests results are issued directly from our partner laboratory via email. For expected turnaround times please see product information.
 
Refund Policy

Refunds are not available due to medical nature of our product once dispatched. Any refunds before that will have 15 pounds processing and handling fee per Lateral Flow test charged.

For a day 2 : its 20 pounds processing and handling fee  is charged per test as locator reference number is generated and kit is activated.

For a day 2 & 8 : its 40 pounds processing  and handling fee per 2 tests : they have had locator references generated and kits activated.

When will I recieve my Locator Reference Number?

Locator Reference numbers/ Booking Reference Numbers are issued after the purchase of Day 2 or Day 2 & Day 8 Test. You can find your unique number on your order receipt.

Why do you collect personal information?

As per government guidelines we are required to collect certain information that can be assigned to your test kits, this information is shared with the DHSC and our partnering laboratory for a greater customer experience.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not available due to medical nature of our product once dispatched/ locator reference number obtained; Any refunds before that will have 20 pounds processing and handling fee deductible. ‍

Do you issue Fit To Fly Certificates?

Providing your Fit To Fly Test comes back with a NEGATIVE test result you will receive a Fit To Fly Certificate via email in PDF format.

When can I expect my test results?

Depending on the product/ service that you have purchased your test result time will vary, we recommend checking the information on the product page. If you require a test in a certain timeframe we recommend contacting us first.

How long is deliver on your tests?

All of our tests are dispatched through a Next Day Service* if ordered before Midday Monday - Friday, any tests ordered after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note we do not dispatch tests over the weekend or on bank holidays.

Delivery to Northern Ireland & Northern Scotland are extended to 48 hours.
